Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Interests in NWX Invest LP are offered solely through the applicable Private Placement Memorandum and subscription documents. Where anything on this site conflicts with those documents, the documents govern.
Interests are offered under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D to verified accredited investors only. Rule 506(c) permits us to communicate publicly, but it requires us to take reasonable steps to verify that every purchaser is accredited before accepting an investment. A statement you make about your own status is not verification, and no capital is accepted before verification passes.
NWX is an Exempt Reporting Adviser. It is not an SEC-registered investment adviser, and it is not a broker, dealer, or funding portal. A Form D filing is a notice of an exempt offering — it is not a registration, and no securities regulator has approved, endorsed, or passed upon these interests or the accuracy of any material we publish.
NWX is a registered trademark. That is a brand registration with the trademark office and nothing more; it does not denote registration with any securities regulator.
All investments involve risk, including the risk of losing the entire amount invested. Interests are illiquid, are not listed on any exchange, and no secondary market is expected to develop. You should be prepared to hold for the long term and to bear a total loss. Private investments are not bank deposits, are not insured by the FDIC or any government agency, and are not guaranteed by any bank.
The funds have not commenced operations. There is no track record, and no performance, return, yield, or projection appears anywhere on this site. Any figure we publish in future will identify whether it is actual or targeted, state the basis on which it was calculated, and cite its source.
Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation about any security or strategy. We do not consider your particular circumstances. Consult your own advisers before making any investment decision.

If you did not tick it, we do not send you marketing messages.
Identity and accreditation verification is performed by named third-party specialists. Where that happens, your documents go to that specialist rather than being held by us.
